Private Equity Workshop with Castik Capital

Get first-hand insight into private equity investing with Castik Capital Partners!

This workshop offers you the chance to analyse a real-life private equity investment opportunity in a small group with and discuss your results with Castik’s investment professionals. You will get an opportunity to identify the key value creation opportunities and potential risks, translate this understanding into a LBO model, and provide a recommendation to the investment committee. Moreover, you will be able to learn more about Castik and its unique investment approach and culture by connecting with the Castik team both during the case study and over snacks and drinks thereafter.

Castik Capital Partners, based in Munich, is the advisor to Castik Capital, a European investment manager acquiring significant ownership positions in European private and public companies where long-term value can be created through active partnerships with management teams. Castik Funds invest in global businesses, headquartered in Europe, and strive to deploy €100-250m in equity per investment, i.e. acquiring companies with a value between around €300m and €1bn. While aiming to invest in growth businesses, Castik is relatively sector-agnostic. Target industries include B2B services, software, technology, healthcare, and light industrials. To support sustainable and long-term value creation, investments can be held with a 10-year horizon.

This is a great opportunity for both bachelor and master students with an interest in private equity investing and ideally first relevant work experience.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at our office at Möhlstraße 28, on Thursday, 28th November from 3-8 PM (including snacks and drinks after the case presentation). Dresscode is smart casual. The workshop will be held in English.
